Alex, winner of the 2023 and 2025 Winter Polo Classic, returns in 2026. Alex was a crucial member of the 2015 Intercollegiate National Champion team while playing on CSU Polo men's varsity team.

ANDREW Wildermuth
Andrew returns in 2026 having won the Winter Polo Classic in 2023 and 2025. The current CSU Polo varsity team coach, Andrew is a 2015 Intercollegiate National Champion and former captain of the CSU Polo men's varsity team.

ATA Alonso
Ata returns to Winter Polo in 2026 for his second year. The Argentine is from Trenque Lauquen, a renowned polo town, known for producing many professional polo players. Ata's polo career spans over 15 years in high-goal polo across England, France, Spain, and Argentina. Ata gained recognition for his expertise in piloting and training high-goal polo ponies, showcasing his natural horsemanship and training skills.

ERICA Gandomcar-Sachs
Erica returns to Winter Polo as one of the top female polo players in the world having played for Dundas in the 2023 US Open Women's Polo Championship and 2023 US Open Arena Polo Championship. A CSU alumni, she is currently owner of the Denver Polo Club and the US Polo Association Circuit Governor.

ROB "Airforce" Ramsden
Rob joins Winter Polo in 2026 representing Colorado Springs' military heritage. A retired United States Air Force officer having served 25 years in space operations, he was introduced to polo at the Naval War College in Newport, RI. Today he is still supporting the US Space Force in Colorado Springs as a defense contractor. His polo career began under the tutelage and mentorship of Erica Gandomcar-Sachs and Mark Wates. He plays both in the arena and on grass in the Summer at Denver Polo Club and spends time in the Winter playing with Mark and his second polo family at the Kingston Polo Club in Jamaica. To his polo family he is known simply by his go-by of "Airforce."

TARA Polson
Tara Polson joins Winter Polo in 2026 for the first time. A CSU alum, Tara owns and operates a horse ranch near Hudson, Colorado, where she trains horses, teaches horseback riding, shows horses, and plays polo. In addition to polo, Tara proudly rides with the Colorado Stars & Stripes Co., serves as Vice President of the Miss Rodeo Colorado Executive Committee and as the NFR Open State Queen Coordinator. She also works professionally with Bright Horizons and actively volunteers at the National Western Stock Show, Greeley Stampede, and NFR Open, dedicating her time to preserving western traditions and empowering the next generation of rodeo ambassadors.
